At 5.30 am the call came from Dubai,

Gatwick closed,

flight diverted to Birmingham.

Oh no. Please not Birmingham.

Later - flight diverted to Heathrow.

Much better.

Clear roads. Record drive time.

readersguide was right.
There was plenty of chocolate left over.
