Limes are essential for vitamin C.
Chocolate is essential for February.

    Lovely! And yes, chocolate cake against a red background is essential for February. M comes home Saturday, and we will have her birthday cake (chocolate, on the red heart plate) then. (Although technically, I guess, it will be March. Hmm.)
