I've just read about Elspeth Thompson. I'm reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. She also suffered with depression and took her own life shortly after publication of the novel. To have such creativity while being in such a dark place is hard to understand. It's very sad.
Those are beautiful ... are they a perennial?
