Split asunder

So glad I wasn't passing at the time,
but what a wonderful creature appeared.
It reminded me of Louise Bourgeois'
spider Maman.

  1. It might scuttle jerkily after you one windy evening!

  2. That reminds me of a wicker weaving of a spider that I came across in Norfolk, it was huge and made me feel very creepy.

  3. Now I KNOW why I am terrified of lightning....... it WAS lightning, wasn't it?

Incidentally, I am glad you have the "Things To Do" book and look forward to you "doing".

  4. Well, it would have been quite interesting to have been passing. Just not too closely.

  6. I thought it must have been lightning too, but there was no sign of scorching. It was pretty creepy. The fence was badly buckled.
