While it may all look very tranquil here on the blog,
be not deceived,
for I am sporting
a fine assortment of plasters,
for my many and varied
house and garden related injuries.
The gashed thumb from a dried fern.
The sliced index finger from a falling bread knife,
(expertly caught by its serrated edge).
The squashed toe from the falling steam iron.
It's a wonder I can type at all.
Oh dear - you sound a little accident prone at the moment - take care!
ReplyDeleteTyping with your toes - now, that is impressive..!
ReplyDeleteA fellow-sufferer here. I have consumed too much Easter Egg.
ReplyDeleteThat usually reads as "Tired" in my experience. Especially anything involving fingers and feet. Rest.
ReplyDeleteMy mum always said that things like accidents always went in threes, so you've had your three now and we can all relax.
ReplyDeleteOH DEAR!
ReplyDeleteHowever, your pictures are beautiful!
ReplyDeletePossibly best not to read while you rest ... paper cuts can be nasty, too.
ReplyDeleteHope you heal quickly.
Ow! Hope you heal fast.
ReplyDeleteBut shouldn't your loyal staff have been attending to all these tasks?!
ReplyDeleteCommiserations..
Poor thing, is anyone attending to your needs? That was a clever trick with the bread knife...
ReplyDeletePerhaps you should now encase yourself in bubble wrap and call it a day. Teehee.
ReplyDeletelucille, hope your hands are healed by now.
ReplyDeletei enjoyed your beautiful spring photos. thanks.
Oh dear, your world does sound to be ganging up on you just now! I do hope that's your three :D
