. . .for now.
Although it has been an anxious time with granddaughter
admitted to hospital for three nights
to treat an infection with iv antibiotics.
She is home now and as cheerful as ever considering
the nasty tasting medicine she must still try to take.
So glad to hear you little granddaughter is recovering. What a worry! The photos are just stunning and very Fay I think.
ReplyDeleteIncredible views. Glad your little granddaughter is recovering. Mine is scheduled "for delivery" any day now.
ReplyDeletePoor little scrap ! It's horrible to see them so ill .
ReplyDeleteLuckily , they recover with dazzling speed ... long before we've recovered from the scare .
I hope she feels much happier today
So scary when those we love are ill, glad she's doing better.
ReplyDeleteWhat a frightening time for you all. It will put all the small annoyances of Christmas into perspective.
ReplyDeleteThe beach, what a great place to find calm. Hope all goes well with your grandaughter.
ReplyDeleteooooo....that is scary. Any hospital admission at that age is horrible, but with all this talk about 'superbugs', it must be great to see her on the mend. I wonder if it's a good sign or a bad sign that you were up early enough to be down at the beach before sunrise to take those beautiful pictures? (Having said that, I'm not quite sure what time the sun rises where you are!)
ReplyDeleteActually that was a sunset at about 3.45 p.m but you are right, I am up way ahead of sunrise unfortunately, which is 7.54 a.m today.
DeleteThinking of you.
ReplyDeleteMany good wishes to granddaughter and her parents, and I applaud her cheerfulness. One feels helpless when they are so small.
ReplyDeleteI hope that the little one will soon mend fully. Family members must have been very anxious.
ReplyDeleteOh, poor little one! But my heart also goes out to the first-time parents and grandparents going through the illness with her. Such anxious times...I remember them well.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. You make me want to go down to the sea right now.
