A King's Ramson






More than enough for three jars of wild garlic pesto.

  1. Gosh, what a lot you got! I've not seen any locally, other than in my garden and I certainly don't have that many! The pesto sounds excellent. I usually slice the leaves and mix into mashed potato.

  6. I'm not sure I've ever heard of wild garlic pesto. We do make it with cultivated garlic scapes, though. Very good, and most likely similar.
    A king's ransom indeed!
