I've got two agapanthus plants that are performing not too poorly considering they've been given perhaps the toughest spot in the garden, right by the seaside, in dry, gravelly soil (the hole somewhat amended at planting, of course). Why I've never thought of putting one in a pot I have no idea, but you've inspired me and I think I'll have to divide one in the fall and give the new one a chance to shine. . .
Just to say that I too have an attractive blue glazed pot, as I can sense an influential club forming here.
ReplyDeleteOh no! I chose poorly and have an attractive green glazed pot, does it count? I also have some agapanthus but they are ignoring the admonishment.
ReplyDeleteI looks as if your gentle persuasion is more effective than my management by appraisal.
