Glad you're over the dreaded almost-everlasting virus. Spring is definitely here, without a flake of snow falling our way, and only a hint of frost on one occasion. I can foresee that one day we'll be planning winter holidays out of sheer nostalgia!
Fabulous pinkness! Inspired by Mary's mention of plum blossom ice cream I've now discovered plum blossom cordial and (the mouth waters) plum blossom truffles: https://gathervictoria.com/tag/plum-blossoms/ If only I could still eat sugar!
Here everything's suddenly yellow ... crocus and sunshine . At last .
ReplyDeleteWhile I am stricken with envy for your flush of pink blooms, those sky fields of cloud-furrows have me going all viral.
ReplyDeleteSo sinister.
DeleteGlad you're back in the pink, your flowers are gorgeous, that would cheer anyone up.
ReplyDeleteGoodness, you're well ahead of us with your magnolias. So pretty! And I love your curtains.
ReplyDeleteI came across a recipe for plum blossom ice cream the other day. I know I'll never make it - but doesn't it sound delicious?
ReplyDeleteIt does. I shall try nibbling one next time I pass the tree.
DeleteI tried. Strangely bitter.
DeleteThose curtains are the pinnacle of fabulousness. May I be introduced to them?
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure. Sanderson Tournier.

ReplyDeleteVery lovely, even the moody skies. In fact, The Gardener would be more interested in the moody skies than the flowers!

Love those colours - and the last two photos echo each other perfectly.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're feeling better.
Magnolia is magnificent. Must have been a relief to see Those Clouds melt away.
