Hugely thick wool and telegraph pole needles are very tempting ... but tiring to knit with after a while . But who could resist a macramé multicolour waistcoat ?!
Lucille, your tiny guage knitting looks so pretty, and shares those natural neutral tones you showed in your prior post's photographs. I do agree with the previous comment about finding the use of really big knitting needles tiring.
