The tactah woods

A big surprise in the woods.

In the absence of any actual grandchildren
I have taken the liberty of hoping
to virtually amuse
(who I happen to know likes tractors),
while she is indisposed.

  2. If I were that grandson, I know I would be amused. Heck, I am not that grandson, and I am very amused.

  3. There was a tractor like that in my woods at one time. The amusement was felt once it was removed from the mud it had settled in.

  4. How wonderful! That's my favourite sort of surprise ... something unusual that wears its history on the outside. I have no idea why I'm so fascinated by things that are falling apart, but oddly I am!

  5. Oh, gosh, a tactah! What fun. I will duly show it to Nicholas. He actually calls them tractahs now. He has quite an English accent, presumably because his dad is English. We call them tractrrrs in our house!

  6. I know several little people who would be thrilled by that surprise. And a couple of big people too.
    Lovely pics, as ever,
