Quincy
I'll be making poached quinces in orange syrup from
Sarah Raven's
Garden Cookbook,
but not before I've enjoyed their scent in the bowl for a bit longer.
Meanwhile enjoy Quincy Jones
and Bossa Nova round the kitchen.
