Lucille, what a buried treasure you have found! Worth those brambles, perhaps.I also wanted to let you know that I admire your clever reaction to the post-label-removal situation. The sweater looks grand! And finally, I am just about all recovered now, and yes, I did give the St Patrick's Day parade a miss...amongst other reasons, the weather was freezing. xo
Love it , late '50s sophistication ... Paris seemed so far away .
Oh how lovely, treasure indeed. There is a story there I think... CJ xx
hmm I wonder why someone buried it?
I think that part of the garden is an old rubbish dump. We turn up lots of old bottles and broken china there. Perhaps someone was Kondoing!
In Porterville we found a very old 'German Empire' medicine bottle, and then we found the glass stopper to fit!
What a fun find! What will you do with it Lucille? It would be the perfect size for a doll's tea party...
That's a very sweet little find!
Lovely! There's a story there...
Sweet balm to ease the stings and scratches.
