Hill Difficulty

It was an uphill struggle

but the view at the top

was worth the climb.

The Hill, though high, I covet to ascend;
The difficulty will not me offend;
For I perceive the way to life lies here:
Come, pluck up, Heart, let's neither faint nor fear;
Better, though difficult, the right way to go,
Than wrong, though easy, where end is woe.

The Pilgrim's Progress - John Bunyan

  2. I've always been very taken by the Rue des Méchants Enfants in Paris, and wondered how méchants they had to be to be commemorated?

  3. What a wonderful spot and the view must have been well worth the climb - although I find the descent often is just as hard with my knees
